Both black and white (B&W) and colour printing services are available at all branches of Haldimand County Public Library. Fees apply.
Printing Services
Each library is equipped with public computers (Microsoft OS) for you to access and send your print jobs. Public computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis during regular library hours. They can also be pre-booked by calling the library branch of your choice.
A Haldimand County Public Library card is required to use public computers. Don't have a librarycard? Get one today!
Printing can be done from public computers or by emailing the library directly. Printing is available in black and white or colour. Paper sizes available include letter (8.5x11), legal (8.4x14) and poster (11x17). Small printing fees apply. Cash or cheque payment is accepted.
Wireless Printing Services
Wireless printing services are not currently available. We hope to offer wireless printing services in the near future.
In the meantime, you are welcome to email us your documents for printing (at the fees listed above) from your smartphone or other mobile device while in the library. Ask staff for help!
If you are emailing a document for printing from outside a library branch, please make the subject line "Please print for (insert your name) on (insert date)". When you visit the library, let staff know you've emailed in a print job and they will be happy print the documents for you (at the fees listed above) after they have confirmed your name.

Please note: Documents sent by email can only be printing during regular library hours. Documents received are confidential and will be deleted after printing. If you do not come in to request printing on the date outlined in the email, the documents will be deleted.
